Seeding/Rank Tourney

the previous tournament was cancelled due to inactivity..

therefore..we will be holding a seeding/rank tourney..and thereafter we'll be holding a championship keystyle tourney..

rules:

2rounds (so that both participants has a chance to reply against their competitors)

when voting for the favorite (same as the old tournies) must have a reason..

signup begins today 11/3 and ends on 11/8 (friday)
