unheathiest foods

Well, fast foods are there for sure. 90% of fast food is meant to hurt your health =x
Then there's cakes, ice cream, chips, and all the other good things.

I'm asking: What foods seem innocent, but are actually filled with unhealthiness?

Chicken Nuggets.

One chicken nugget has more fat than a single quarter double pounder.

yeah if you go to any fast food place, and get one of those meals. They usually take up about 900-1000 calories, depending on what you get. That's half of a daily diet in order to be healthy (2000 calorie diet).

most modern American restaurants are serving too many servings of food groups in their meals. It's everywhere, not just in fast food joints.

Solution: ugh..don't eat everything, order smaller portions.

the yolk is composed completely of fat (lipids) and protein.

lipids and protein? kyakya..
egg yolks...are more complicated than that..

egg whites have lipids and protein too

no organic compound is composed completely of just eggs and protein..

very well, i was simplifying but to be specific, it contains a variety of elements such as magnesium, copper, zinc, etc. 95+ percent of the yolk remains protein and fat, which is why most people (AP Bio graders, Universities included) feel that it is alright to neglect the other components and the vitamins stored in the yolk.

the white provides additional nourishment for the growing chick
