Is anybody using or has tried sports supplements (aside from vitamins etc.) I'm talking bout meal replacement powders, whey protein, creatine etc.

i've used power bars and creatine.. the power bars didn't do so much but give me energy and nutrients, creatine helped me build some muscles, but i don't rely on them.. what im currently taking now and on a everyday basis is centrum.. they highly nutrious, since they have almost all the protein, vitamins, and minerals you need..they're really good for you..you should try it

Boost, this drink thats like drinking a solid. My friend's dad makes this energy shake that's probably illegal.
