anyone heard of it? or take it?

well... i do... they say it's good for your skin. it's so nasty
i have to take it every morning as breakfast.

saeng shik is freeze dried grain and vegetable powder. the reason why they freeze dry it is because if you cook vegetables, the natural vitamins and minerals get destroyed... so this way, they're preserving all the vitamins n stuff... there's over 30 ingredients and each one of them sound nasty but they're "good" for your heath. since most people these days are so busy, they dont have time to eat healthy.. this provides all the vitamins.

it says that it gives energy, decreases the size of your stomach, and your hair n skin condition becomes better.

YEA.. it's like.. pea green... smells worse than shit...

but it ain't so bad if you mix it with vanilla soymilk

AH SHIT I HATE THAT STUFF. it tastes like freaking old dirt. my mom bought like 200 of those packets. DAMN and i have to drink it all. i like to drink it when i have a stuffy nose so i dont taste it. watever, i also heard its pretty healthy for you or something.

lol... yea.. it's working for me so far.

i feel healthier, my hair feels softer, i can't even eat half as much as i used to... i lost almost 5 pounds. i have more energy..

it's HELLA NASTY THO. i guess it's worth it.. i just hold my nose and think of the positive stuff. and that ass load of water i drink helps too.

well.. i got mine from this lady who sells it. ask your mom... she'll kno i'm sure.
