ever heard that sleeping with no bra on helps your breasts increase in size??? I heard it and I was juss wondering if it's true... b/c I also heard that your breasts grow at night... around 11-ish...

lol i never heard that before..but i thought it would be the opposite..because keeping the bra on restricts the movement and stuff for ur breasts so wouldnt they NOT grow?? im confused
