u press print screen sysrq next to f12 u open up paint or wuteva and hold control V and den convert it to jpg or gif too make it smaller in size

get the picture ready

when posting a message..look for: Attach File

click the browse button and look for ur picture

then when u found ur file, click open

then click subit reply
