how do i get rid of... the stuff under the "print/refresh" when you right click?

Oh yea. Well I have aol so whenever I open a website in the aol window. Right clicking in the window and the little... thing pops down. Okay so I'm a little com-meng. haha. I don't know my comp terms.

I already tried that so I thought there was something I was missing... I even tried to search files and see if there were any websavings/getright crap on the computer and there isn't.
