free write

I went with the trees, with they're roots running deep
But I found that they always stayed still.
I went with the water, flowing through weather
but their path is determined and etched in stone
I went with the fire, burning brightly with glory
But the life of all is charred darkened black.

the wind will blow forever
wisping in branches
and rushing through canyons of deep

So this next choice I make will be to remain together
and to go wherever the wind blows.

idea popped into my head and i just had to get this out. sorry for wasting your time :(.
