3 x 20 leg raises
3 x 20 sit ups
run 1-2 miles a day

i gotta find more shit to do ..

that's weak man..if your trying to stay in shape..its a good excersice..but you trying to get cut..you ain't gonna go nowhere with that..are you doing it right by the way? tell me how you do your crunches?

well.i don't work out that much anymore..cause i can't really..but what i did was this..

2sets of 25 shoulder/knee crunches (holding 2 secs at the top of rep)
2sets of 25 Vs
2sets 50 straight pull leg raises
2sets 50 side twist leg raises
2sets 100 rapid lay down crunches
2sets 25 backward/stomach down situps

w/partner

2sets 25 racks (punching stomach at the top of every rep)
2sets 25 laydown legpushes
