Volleyball

Does anyone in these forums play volleyball??? Volleyball is a big sport where I live... There's about 20-25 tournaments every year... And the tournaments are really big and prizes are big too! The major one that most people go to is during the first week of July! Seriously, even guys get into this sport...

I know I know... A lot of you guys are thinking... "Yeah, volleyball is for those sissy boys!" UH, NO! Dude, you haven't even seen the guys here play volleyball. I swear, if you watched one game of the guys volleyball competition, you'll wanna join and learn to play like them! 6-packing everywhere... They got some pretty good D's too!

I play volleyball... not in the tournaments though. I'm not good enough yet, and I don't have a team. Still looking around to recruit my team! haha...

If you live around St. Paul MN, you should seriously check out the tournaments... Especially the one during the first weekend of July... I can't wait!

volleyball's really big at my school, well mainly for girls though... my school used to be really really good in our state, but now it's just ok... the girl who i'm going out with played volleyball for 6 years, but quit this year, cuz the coaches were jackasses..

i used to play volleyball it's fun!! i enjoyed it..but then no one here likes to play volleyball, so i stop playing volleyball..

guess what.... half the team is asian!..... yea i know.... pitiful

PS.....i don't like volleyball that much...

hah, i think they are as well (coaches from our school). Last year as part of our TV production class we'd go around the school and tape random activites and people socializing and stuff for a pre-roll to our video announcements. We'd cross fade the logo for our show in with the footage in the bacground with music and stuff so people would be liek "heeey it's me!" or something i guess (our director (teacher) was really excited about the idea).

So i went to the volleyball practice (i'd all ready gotten soccer, and other sports before) and asked if i could tape a little of their practice for the announcements. He looked at me like i was all perverted and was like "You want to TAPE this?!?" and such, ahh so i re-explained what it was for and he seemed all weird about it. Tss, i did not have any ill intentions.

haha! psychosnowman thaz funni! well volleyball's pretti big at mai skool too, for girls and guys. every year a lot of girls try out and i wuz thinking bout trying out but i can't serve for BEANs so i prolly wun make it :sad: but not that many guys try out so the guys are pretti much set to be on the team for all of high skool. i luv volleyball--that and softball are mai fav sports!
