1 hr. 16 min. The fourth installment in the popular Pokemon series of films, starring Ash, Pikachu and all the other Pokemon favorites, and also featuring a new time-travelling creature that has powers over nature as well as time and space. There is also a new member of Team Rocket named Vicious.
MPAA Rating: G for (for General Audiences).

Release Date: October 11th, 2002.
