help me out, wuts this song?

yo i heard this song and saw the music video but i forgot the artist and TITLE! my ister really likes this song and she wants to down load it.
The music video- The girl meets a guy, he is a photographer and stuff takes pics, she goes to his house she gets stuff in her eyes and she gets blind. They go threw sergery and the guy gives his eyes to her. (AWW SO SAD :sad: )

its karean or japanese i can't tell. People who work at X-zone mighe help me out because they play it there sometimes. anyway also can you people recomend some good songs done by AZN bands/singers
