Some dumb dude

A woman was 6 months pregnant and got on a bus to go to the hospital for a scheduled checkup. This woman was a single (soon to be mother) with only a brother for support. Unfortunetly the brother was sort of a... mentally challenged person.
The woman got on the bus and everything was going fine until they had got into a serious car accident where a truck and the bus got into a head on collision.
The woman was unconcious for about 5 months and she finally woke up. She noticed her stomach wasnt bloated. She then realized the babies were gone. The doctor was right next to her and she asked "Where is my baby?"
The doctor had replied "Your baby is fine, and its not BABY.. its BABIES!"
"What?"
"You've had twins!"
She was overwhelmed with joy. One was a girl and a boy.
She asked wat are their names?
The doctor said ur brother had named them.
She said OH NO! MY BROTHER IS AN IDIOT!
The doctor said the girls name is Denise.
She said oh thats a pretty nice name! i guess i thought differently of my brother.
The doctor then said, "The boys name is Denephew"
