Poll

now this is jus for fun for whoeva wanna do it...if u get it wrong it dont mean u stoopid and if u get it right it dont mean u kno a lot bout cars....so heres the scenario....very simplified

now u have an all motor car...ls/vtec (originally an ls engine, still ls block with vtec head) this engine is running high compression...now u wanna slap a turbo on ur car...wat do u do? now dont go run off to ur older brother or cousin and dont be askin no mechanic this is jus for fun....

do u raise compression, lower compression, leave it as is, or ask ur friend who blew up his turbo

well even though i'm not a turbine master, i'd think you'd want to lower compression, since the turbo is force induction, you're gonna be adding a lot of pressure, so why raise compression? you'll blow your turbo and hurt your piston rings.

correct me if i'm wrong...but aren't you a member from the type v forum?

if you are, if i remember, you always had to be a technical. and relax, this is just a poll like it was stated.

depends on what compression ratio.

if its only like 12:1 you can still push more boost and run higher octane without going too lean, or having anything explode.

i declined on postin ratios cuz it would be too complicated then....which is why i stated "very simplified" problem
