Cancer?

I work at EH&S which is office of environment health and safety affiliated with Cal. But anyhow a couple of the workers here have cancer. They've been working here anywhere from 5-30 years.

I dunno just freaks me out that's all.

Like my supervisor she left a few weeks ago. Breast cancer. And this other woman who I don't see very much at all [she still comes back once and a while]... you NAME it cancer. She has a lot in a lot of different places which are all not really related to the other. Weird I know. And several other people. There are 60 employees and about 7-8 people are out on sick leave. So basically... over 10% of the people who worked here long term have cancer.

Should I BE a little worried? lol. Yeah I know... it's no laughing matter but I guess that's what they get for working with haz mat and rad mat. -___-

^_^ --> x_x

Just random thoughts as I sti here filling up my hours being BORED OUT OF MY MIND. keep me company folks lol.

well... if i were you.. i'd rule out breast cancer.

If i were you part 2, i'd also wear one of those radioactive suits to work.

But i'm not you.

i attended a lecture on breast cancer, about 2% of breast cancer patients are men in the United States. I just thought it was interesting enough to share since someone mentioned breast cancer.
