allright, it's pretty easy. make sure you've unzipped the skins into the skins folder of winamp. after that, click on that little thingy in the top left corner. Now go to Skins, then pick the skin you want.

you dont have to click on the top-left thing. you could just right click any blank space in the first winamp box and go to skins.

well, winamp 3, u just left click on any skin at www.winamp.com/skins while winamp is running, and everything should be done automatically by 1 click. i think its the same for winamp 2 also.
