engine break-in
most people kno that engines need to be broken in. and, most people know the way to do it is to drive at varying RPM's for the first 1000 miles or so without pushing the engine too hard. but, look wut i found.

and when you change your oil get it all out and then start your engine and let it run down til there's no more oil in your engine....
