Marriage

How many of you plan on getting married.
I think most ppl do.
I do. someday.
describe the way you'd like to be proposed to/or how'd you go about doing taht. and What would the wedding be like?

i would like to be married by 25.
i want a nice ceremony at a big church wit a long aisle for me to walk down hehe. when i'm walking down the aisle, a few orchestra members will play "all my life" by k-ci & jojo.

i'm going to design my own dress since i'm gonna be a fashion designer my dress is gonna be long and flowy.. dunno wat the detail will be like it. will determine the details on the dress later on when i get closer to the wedding date! hehehe but my man is gonna wear a white tux for sure!! cuz my dress is mos def gonna be white. traditional, but wit a modern edge to it.

the following reception/after-party will be held at a nice banquet hall near the ocean. there will be tons of food... my man and i decided we're gonna have FRENCH food. no traditional chinese or vietnamese wedding food. we're gonna have gourmet french food and french pastries/dessert. of cos, there will be a DJ playing music. our song when we first dance as a married couple will be "heaven" by nu flavor, unless we decide to change it later on.

ohh before the reception, we'll take pictures at a rose garden/park. and then at night, we'll take more pictures wit the city lights.

i think i'm dreaming....... hehehe i'm already planning my wedding at the age of 17!! hehehe!

well, one has to take in the circumstantial situations at the time. What if his mom detests French food? Are you still going to go with french? Too many what ifs that can't be set adamantly prior to the event.

everyone will probably get married.... as for STAYING married... i heard more and more ppl are getting divorced now days....

well i would like to get married... just... who wants to be alone all their lives. not moi...

as for my wedding? i really wouldn't care.. weddings are for the parents.. and for the rest of your family... for all i care i could just go up to a judge and say vows, get my marriage license and that would be the end of it... or it could be all fancy and that would be nice too...

all i got to say is.. from what i've seen..people always say..just as long as they are happy..as long as we have each other..as long as we have our love..but from what i've heard.. if you don't have money..none of that matters..i heard later on..its all about money..you don't have that..i think you can't survive a marriage..my aunt and my uncle (my mom told me they love each other sooo much) but they are living seperately now..and might even get a divorce..cause they have absolutely no money..i guess it causes alot of stress and they just break down emotionally...

yeah that's true...money's one of the factors that has to count for me. not that he has to be filthy rich or anything but enough to support the family and have good saving habits. it's all bout surviving man
