My Valentine's Day Story ^_^

WARNING: this is lovey-dovey mushy stuff. hehehe

my bf Hai picked me up after school yesterday and he was acting all sad. he told me he was really upset cuz he wanted to get me roses for v-day but all the shops ran out. and he was upset cuz he couldnt do anything nice for me cuz he doesnt have alot of $. i know he has some $ problems cuz he's only working like 2 days a week now and i has to make payments for his car :sad: i said it was fine becuz i still love him no matter wat. when we got to my house, i wanted Hai to wait in the basement cuz i had baked brownies for him for v-day. but he kept pushing me upstairs and saying "just go upstairs." so i did. i walked up the stairs to the kitchen, turn left to the living room, and turn left to go upstairs to me room. just when i turned towards the staircase, i saw ROSE PETALS in a line all the way from the steps of the stairs, leading to my room!!! i was sooo SHOCKED! i turned to Hai and said, "u lied to me!" LOL!! he was smiling and told me to follow the roses upstairs. so i followed the rose petals to my room and the petals led to my bed. and on my bed was a HUGE pink Care Bears "Love-a-Lot" stuffed bear sitting on my bed with a bouquet of dozen of red, long-stem roses with rose petals spread alll over my bed! there was a card too sitting on top of the bouquet of roses. i was standing in my room trying to take it all in... i was sooo surprised and tears were welling up in my eyes becuz it was just the sweetest thing and i knew it took ALOT of $MONEY$ for Hai to do it. i gave Hai a HUGE hug and told him thank you and dat i love him he told me to read the card, and in the card he wrote a valentines poem for me! :D it was a beautiful poem and it came from his heart! i wanted to know how much he spent on everything (even tho i know its rude to ask - but its ok, we bf & gf... we have no secerts!). turns out, he spent MORE than i expected!! =T the bouquet of LONG-STEM roses were $65!!! the florist marked up the price for v-day =T the rose petals consist of 2 dozen roses together!! dat was $20... the Care Bear was $40!! omg! it is HUGE tho! but everything was worth it. i LOVED everything!

later in the afternoon, we went to see "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days" cuz i've been wanting to see dat movie for a looong time. it was a great movie!! it was funnie and sweet and cute... and some parts reminded me of me and Hai!! lolz
after the movie we went to waldbaum's to buy food cuz we decided we wanted to cook v-day dinner together. we made buffalo chicken wings (yummmmm!!!) with celery and blue cheese dip, and baked potatoe soup with bacon bits (mmmmm!!). dinner was realllly delicious! we both finished everything!! heehehe
after dinner we watched the episode of "Friends" dta i taped. then we cuddled for a bit until he had to go home.

in total, my valentine's day was just... magical! it was everything i could ask for and more! i think its fair to say i have to best boyfriend in the world!
