Blizzard Being Sued

did you know that the company that owns Warhammer 40k is sueing Blizzard, particularly the game Starcraft, since they say that Starcraft is a rip off of Warhammer 40k. GAH!!!!!!!!!!! THIS WILL HINDER STARCRAFT 2!!!!!...check it out for urselves, look compare WARHAMMER 40K figurines with STARCRAFT pics....its the same thing!

my theory is that Warhammer didnt think that starcraft was going to b big untill it was too late, so i guess they are preventing starcraft 2 from being ANOTHER great hit.

whoa the game does look like sc. but sc is so much better name than WARHAMMER 40K. what kind of gay name is that!?!? lol. i thought they wouldnt come out with sc2.

not entirely true. they said that they undoubtly will have future plans for the starcraft genre but will not anounce them until they have been developed..which they havent yet

you cant re-sue somebody. its against the law. you can only bring a subject to court once.
