before i got hurt i benched 190 whilie weighing 115pds...my max ever was 205 when i weighed 125pds..now i weigh 108...and i cant work out for a while.. tight..im gonna get alot of flabs!!! yay!!!

in gym, you get to chose which activities you wanna do for a couple weeks. so my friends n i chose weight training, cuz we heard you juss sit around doin nothin.

... puhahaah... bench? i can barely lift the REGULAR 45 lb BAR.. so we got the lighter bar--30 lb.
