watch the funny intro then their page will load. then go to downloads and get steam. you need bit torrent though

lol it is steam. i think it's software that valve created that forces the user to log in to a server first before they can play

If you're looking to download the game, try fileshack.com for the steam & cs 1.6 cache; it's pretty fast once the wait's over

anyone notice new graphics lag? even with a Radeon 9700 Pro on a 2.4GHz P4, the fps drops to about 40-50fps when in the vicinity of smoke grenades

hmmm, haven't really noticed, maybe cause i got a radeon 9800 and 2.8ghz. i'll check it out when i have the time.

yes, my fps did drop to 58 from 60+. I guess it's not that bad
