Need help but don't know what to do

I really like this person since the very first day i met her. But as months move along we talk less and less to each other. We haven't spoken to each other in about just about less than a year. As dayz go on and on i miss her company, i miss her voice, i just miss her. In the beginning i did something that might have changed her view on me. Nothing biggy but i did something. I explained what really happened to her and she understood and seems to be cool, but then starts sliding down hill again. Whenever i see her it just makes me the happiest person in the world, but me being already in that point I too shy to even say hi even with all the times we would talk day after day. I don't know what to call this that i feel, but i have really strong feelings for this person and day after day, hour after hour, minute after minute i grow to have stronger feelings for her even though i might have not seen or spoken to her in a while. Seems to me now that everything is reminding me of her. I miss her dearly and no matter who comes along I only think of her and her alone.

you already know what to do. stop being shy and talk to her. There's no use in wasting away, hoping that she'll initiate the relationship.
