So, weight lifting people, whats the best time to work out? Morning? Afternoon? or Everning?
Which period of time maximizes the potential and benefits of working out?

ideally to maximize gains you make from working out, you want to be able to wake up by yourself.. but then again with work commitments and shcool etc (woohoo thank God its summer) its not possible but you should still strive for 7-9 hours at least. After all, you build muscle when you're resting

very true, each time you workout, you need to push yourself, that way your muscles have no choice to get bigger and stronger, when you rest, the muscles rejuvenate itself so that it can handle the weights you've been using.. you always need to give your body time to heal up again, if you keep working out everyday your muscle will have no time to rest or build up, and you'll be getting nowhere because your body is tired and you can't lift what you did before, thus making you lift less heavier weights.. and getting you back to where you begined in the first place..

yeah I know some guys who hit the gym 7 days a week and constantly working out the same body parts so that it doesnt get any rest... and they're the ones always complaining and wondering why they arent seeing gains

you dont build muscle in the gym.. you only do it when your resting and dieting properly

that's the problem with people these days, they expect to get a huge improvement in their weight lifting, all i got to say is.. your hurting yourself.. it takes time, patience, and the dedication...
