wow..haha, almost all the flip food is my favorites but there are a few that i just CAN'T live with out:

Lumpia, lechon, palabok *drools*, kare-kare, balbacoa *mmmm*, and of course ox tail and dugo-dugo (aka diniguan aka chocolate meat hahahaha ).

fur desserts..leche flan, toron, leche flan, babinka, leche flan, hopia, and did i mention leche flan yet???
