Some cultures require that circumcision is done during adolecence.

Download that skit from Rex Navarette about circumcisions using kazaa or something it's funny, unless you're currently going through this of course.

Guys who had it at birth are lucky. At 3 yrs old it sucks but for people who have it at 10, 12, or 14 or something have it worse because it's easier to remember, and some parents are are the kind who don't want thier children to miss school...
