well according to me, i think the best english spoken and sung or rapped are:

Drunken Tiger, DJ Shine and Tiger JK are tight
JinuSean: Jinu is fluent, Sean needs a little more work
1tym: Danny and Teddy are the greatest
Sechskies: Eun Jiwon, boy could he rap and sing, Sunghoon, english is getting good, now you can't hear his accent anymore, meaning he has been working hard improving his english
Brain Joo: He's alright
Tony: He's alright too, got the accent here and there

All the others, are just wannabes.

i meant those who try to speak and sing in english like they are natural at it. they just don't sound right, so i don't wanna hear them.

well i think sunghoon was high on english at this point of his album, i think this is what he said,

girl:uh huh
Sung hoon:I watchin u back der and i think you have very swt smile
girl:oh you're watching that

you know..... now a days.. in korea... if you can't speak english.. it's like a SIN...... haha..... they stress learning english sooooo much....

you go over there and speak english so rapidly.... they treat you like a god....haha..... it's like.... a extremely big BLOCK in your career if you can't speak english... it's SUCH a big deal to them..

oh just saying... they're not wannabe's (in a sense).... they're probably trying really hard.... it's expected of you to learn the english language...... ...... mmm..

but seriously... uhm.... tony(jtl) and hyesung(shinwha).... have the funkiest english.... all them shinwha boys who claim to have lived in the states have like really bad english...
