I think to much arm muscles don't look so good(on boys and girls)

u gettin there though kimchee lady....nobody starts out buff...and yaamakoh...i was huge...its quite scary if you think about it. =\ my arms right now with no muscles and just flab is still bigger than most guys arms....sad huh?? it just wont go away =**(
so i use it to beat up people...haha kiddin =P

I am a phenomenal woman.

i stopped weightlifting.. i wanted to grow :)
i did steady 10 reps of 105, 3 sets. and my max was 135.
my weight is.. 115-120... so i guess its good.
now i jus got so friggin weak, i cant even bench 95 pounds.. i feel so pathetic
