I'm going in my friend's car. She's driving, we're bringing another person (male).

So... Iris and Soo are going as well? And Sikay would be.... Soo's boyfriend yes?

Are we still going to Jack London Cinema since Alex apparently found a ride? Because i'd much rather drive a couple of miles less and pay less for my movie than drive all the way to the theatre...all of 15 minutes with my friend driving (mapquest says we live 30 minutes from the theatre)

alright well i think specifically asked that the thread remain about the aforementioned activity.

We offered to pick him up. He said no. I can't object to a flat out no. We can still pick him up if he wants. It's no trouble.

well first of all SORRY for messin' up yur "aforementioned activity" forum... and second, if you invite a person even though that person says no you still pick them up and give them ride to home afterwards, if he invited himself that's different story. when we meet last time i gave him a ride even though he said no, i don't think it doesn't worth that much for him to use stinkin' tranportation jus' to see someone who's not even his close friends.

i'm sorry i'm not clairvoyant. When someone tells me no i usually accept the answer. If HE wants a ride...like i said... it's not a problem.

so says you and your personal rule of conduct and etiquette. While there is nothing wrong with it, you should not expect people to share the same opinions or force them upon others.

Chill out.

haha. this is a hilarious post.

I think this post is trying to endorse the concept of modesty, but i really am not sure. I have read it maybe 5 times and i finally understand it i believe.

You should be sorry for messing up the thread, no need to portray an attitude. Say sorry, take a hit, get over it. I do not know why people choose to try and mock people's word choice when it is so far superior to theirs. aformentioned activity is a fine choice of words susan, i like it. Even if mashimaro does not.

As victor said: "chill out". Do not get pissed at me for stepping in. Learn, and move on. Assuming makes an ass out of you and me (ever hear that?), and assuming your personal code of ettiquette would be followed by others was just ludicrous hahaha. I am still uncertain as to how it works. You force someone to come if they say no? haha. Kidnapper.
