ah, its cool cause for me I do judo twice a week...
That most of the time gets my stress out as I can just throw a person as hard as I can in randori and stuff
I just do some sport when I am pissed, and while I'm doing some sort of sport I like that kinda helps me to not get stressed and get pissed so often

how can you not know why you were pissed..anyways, .....try to act more calm when you're pissed, b/c the same habit will eventually turn out when you get older,..i know first hand from my dad..>_<....

i do stuff like that when i'm really angry. but i always end up regretting it after i calmed down.

I think that as long as he knew the consequences of throwing all that stuff around, but still did it...then dude, whatever calms him down, eh? I'm kind of glad he was sharing this, because maybe he felt he needed comfort in this JSL community...?

But I honestly thought that when he used the title, "pissed," I was expecting some pictures of himself with these mad faces, which would be kind of ridiculous to do...taking pictures of yourself while you're mad. Hey,...maybe you should try that...it'll save you from cleaning, but it might cause some embarassment. heh heh...j.k.
