jusunlee: female group baby v.o.x. is a rising new star in thailand. baby v.o.x recently attended the 2003 pattaya music festival in thailand. the group performed five songs including "missing you" and "coincidence" during the festival, which was aired live through thai television and watched by more than 60 million viewers. the group's 6th studio album entitled "devotion" was released in both korea and thailand on april 2nd. the album includes euro-pop, funky, disco, ballad and r&b songs.

jusunlee: lee seung-hwan and actress chae-rim are to be married sometime in july. lee seung-hwan's nationwide concert tour ends in mid-may and chae-rim's drama appearance is to end in mid-june. close friends and relatives forecast the wedding date to be sometime around july. even with her busy drama schedule, the young actress has been getting cooking lessons from a renowned chef in southern seoul for almost a year. happy bride and groom-to-be they definitely are!

jusunlee: big news for brown eyes fans. members yun-gun and na-ul of the sensationally popular male duo brown eyes decided to go their own separate ways. the duo broke up over differences in music style. yungun claims that his management has been treating him unfairly from the beginning and has sued the company for handling music issues without consulting him first on many occasions. brown eyes' 3td studio album project, which had been scheduled to be released in november has therefore been postponed. the management has not made any comment on whether they plan to bring in a new member in place of yungun for the upcoming album.

jusunlee: ok joo-hyun, a finkl member, has been receiving voice lessons from jazz vocalist yoon hee-jung for six months now. she is currently recording her first solo album which is going to be released next month. ok joo-hyun has been invited to yoon hee-jung's concert, 'yoon hee-jung and friends' as a guest singer. she is to strut everything jazz she learned from her 'teacher' at the concert.

jusunlee: shinhwa is holding a concert on 18th-20th. during these three days, kim dong-wan will hold a special exhibition called "kim dong-wan's photo essay." kim has been taking pictures of him and his fellow shinhwa members since their debut. kim dong-wan says that these never-before-shown pictures portray everything about shinhwa including their friendship, fun times and memories of their five years together as a group.

jusunlee: as one is back with their 3rd studio album entitled "never too far." once again, the duo worked with producer shin jae-hong for this new album which contains sophisticated r&b songs. the title song is "mr.a-jo," a modern rock number with an acoustic feel. other songs in the album include "fortunate" and "to my dearest," written by min, a rock number "sparkle" and an exotic piece with spanish guitar accompaniment "i want to cry."

jusunlee: three years have passed since baek ji-young's sex video scandal and the singer is still suffering from the deep hurt that she experienced when the scandal first broke out. as a victim who knows how shattering the consequences of cyber terrorism can be, baek ji-young is to appear on sbs tv's documentary 'we want to know' to talk about her experience and to speak out against the crime that destroys every last streak of human dignity. baek ji-young plans to provide counseling and legal services for victims of cyber terrorism through her website. baek ji-young plans to return next month with her 4th studio album.

jusunlee: boa's last in a series of concerts in japan ended on april 5th in tokyo. with 15,000 audiences filling up the yoyoki stadium, boa performed 18 songs throughout the concert which lasted for 100 minutes. the concert started with "listen to my heart," a number one hit in year 2002 and reached its peak when she sang her other number one hit song "valenti." boa's japan tour concert began on march 27th in osaka and which went on to nagoya on the 30th and 31th and ended in a grand finale in tokyo on the 5th and 6th. boa said that she was very happy to have ended her first japan concert successfully and that she plans to hold one in seoul this coming fall.

jusunlee: lee jung-hyun is scheduled to hold a concert in china from april 20th-28th, but is reluctant to confirm the schedule because of sars. if she goes accordingly with the original plan, she has to perform in four cities and is to receive a guarantee of 50 million won from each city. this is the largest scale concert ever for lee jung-hyun who has held over ten concerts so far in china. she has also postponed the final shooting of a chinese drama also because of sars.

jusunlee: the theme song of the popular drama "all in" on sbs television is entitled "the way we started" and is sung by who. who? who, that's who. curious as to who who is? the "mysterious" who is none other than actor and singer park yong-ha. he said he used a different name is because the release of his debut album coincided with the release of the drama album. because the drama and the main theme song (which he sang) were so popular, he didn't want the listeners to regard him as merely "the drama theme song guy" and not buy his first official album.
